About me
I’m a Senior UX/UI Designer with 10+ years of experience working on complex digital products across consultancy and enterprise environments.
Over the past years, I’ve mainly worked within large-scale, regulated ecosystems, designing and evolving products used daily by a wide and diverse user base. My background combines strong interaction and visual design skills with hands-on front-end development experience, allowing me to think across both design and implementation.
Most of my professional experience has been in consultancy, collaborating closely with product, engineering and business teams on long-term initiatives rather than isolated projects. This has shaped the way I approach design: not as a one-off deliverable, but as an ongoing process that balances user needs, technical constraints and business goals.
How I Work
I focus on designing clear, usable and scalable experiences, especially in contexts where complexity and constraints are a given. I’m particularly strong in interaction design, user flows and interface systems, with a constant attention to consistency and detail.
While much of my recent work has been centered on execution and delivery, I’ve increasingly embraced a broader product mindset, contributing to structural decisions, information architecture and iterative improvements over time. I’m comfortable working in environments where solutions need to evolve gradually, through testing, feedback and incremental releases.
Accessibility plays a central role in my design approach. I see it not as a compliance checkbox, but as a fundamental quality of well-designed products.
Experience & Growth
During my career, I’ve worked on a wide range of digital products, from consumer-facing applications to internal tools and event-based experiences.
In recent years, my role evolved to include team responsibility, coordinating designers and supporting design quality across multiple parallel initiatives.
Although I’ve often collaborated with dedicated research and discovery roles, I’m actively expanding my involvement in early-stage product phases. I approach research as a skill to be practiced and strengthened, combining qualitative insights with design iteration and experimentation.
What I’m Looking For
I’m interested in joining a product-driven company where design is seen as a long-term investment rather than a service.
I’m particularly drawn to environments where designers are involved beyond execution, contributing to product direction, problem framing and continuous improvement.
My goal is to grow further into a product-focused role, building on my UX/UI foundation while taking more ownership over product decisions and outcomes.
