Fernet-Branca needed a way to increase engagement and long-term retention among a niche but strategically important audience.
While events played a central role in the brand\u2019s relationship with bartenders, there was no dedicated digital touchpoint to connect these experiences over time.

The challenge was to design a lightweight product that could encourage repeated participation while reinforcing brand identity and perceived value.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The goal of the project was to create a digital hub that aggregated brand events into a single, coherent experience.
Participation in events needed to feel rewarding, motivating users to return and engage with the brand beyond individual occasions.

A points-based system was introduced to link physical attendance with digital rewards, allowing users to redeem branded items and merchandise.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
